Description

Creamy and indulgent peanut butter ice cream made from scratch, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  3. Cover the container tightly to prevent ice crystals.
  4. Place in the freezer and allow to set for at least 240-360 minutes or until firm.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For a fun twist, add mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreos before freezing. Serve with chocolate syrup, fresh bananas, or whipped cream for added delight.
