Instructions
- Whisk together 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Cover the container tightly to prevent ice crystals.
- Place in the freezer and allow to set for at least 240-360 minutes or until firm.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
Notes
For a fun twist, add mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreos before freezing. Serve with chocolate syrup, fresh bananas, or whipped cream for added delight.
