Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package Lil Smokies (cocktail sausages)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in your slow cooker until well blended.
  2. Add the Lil Smokies into the slow cooker, ensuring they are coated in the sauce.
  3. Set the slow cooker on low for 240 minutes or high for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish the cooked Little Smokies with chopped green onions before serving.
