Description

A creamy and indulgent dip that combines spinach, artichokes, and cheeses, perfect for sharing at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cayenne pepper or hot sauce to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and cheeses in a large bowl until creamy.
  3. Season with cayenne pepper or hot sauce to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized baking dish, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite crunchy dippers.

Notes

For make-ahead, prepare the dip a day in advance and refrigerate until ready to bake. Ensure to bring it to room temperature before cooking.
