Description

Delicious sliders filled with tender turkey, gooey cheese, and a hint of mustard, all nestled in fluffy Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb Turkey Breast, sliced
  • 8 Slices of Cheese (Swiss or American)
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
  3. Layer the turkey slices on the bottom halves in your baking dish, followed by the cheese.
  4. Prepare the butter mixture by whisking together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  5. Brush the mixture generously over the top halves of the rolls.
  6. Complete the sandwiches by placing the top halves on the turkey and cheese layer.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm, cutting between the rolls for easy serving.
