- 12 Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb Turkey Breast, sliced
- 8 Slices of Cheese (Swiss or American)
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
- Layer the turkey slices on the bottom halves in your baking dish, followed by the cheese.
- Prepare the butter mixture by whisking together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Brush the mixture generously over the top halves of the rolls.
- Complete the sandwiches by placing the top halves on the turkey and cheese layer.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, cutting between the rolls for easy serving.
Notes
These sliders can be made ahead and stored in the fridge. Reheat for best texture.
