Description

A vibrant and refreshing Italian Chopped Salad packed with fresh vegetables, creamy mozzarella, and savory salami, drizzled with zesty Italian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large Cucumber, diced
  • 1 small Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 4 oz Salami, sliced
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian Dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Dice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper into uniform pieces. Add these to the bowl.
  3. Slice or tear the salami and cut the mozzarella into cubes. Toss these into the salad.
  4. Add the olives to the mix for an extra burst of flavor.
  5. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short while if you prefer chilled flavors.
