- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 large Cucumber, diced
- 1 small Red Onion, diced
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 4 oz Salami, sliced
- 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Dice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper into uniform pieces. Add these to the bowl.
- Slice or tear the salami and cut the mozzarella into cubes. Toss these into the salad.
