Ingredients

- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of cooked sausage
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of jalapenos, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, diced jalapenos, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough from the wide end, tucking in the filling if necessary.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Make-ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance. Use an air fryer for a crispier result.
