Description

Delightful bites featuring crescent roll dough wrapped around a creamy filling of sausage, cream cheese, and jalapenos.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of jalapenos, diced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, diced jalapenos, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end, tucking in the filling if necessary.
  6. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance. Use an air fryer for a crispier result.
