Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled.
- Cut into squares and top each with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest.
Notes
