Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until light golden brown.
- Mix the filling by whisking sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the filling evenly over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the filling gently sets.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
