Description

Delight in refreshing Key Lime Pie Bars with a creamy filling, buttery graham cracker crust, and topped with luscious whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 large eggs
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes until light golden brown.
  4. Mix the filling by whisking sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and eggs until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling evenly over the baked crust.
  6. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the filling gently sets.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve with whipped cream on top.
