Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter until silky and warm. Stir in the brown sugar until smooth.
- Crack in the eggs and add the vanilla extract. Mix until glossy.
- Gradually sift in the flour, baking powder, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Fold gently with a spatula.
