Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix together the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
