Description

Creamy and decadent brownie cheesecake cups that combine rich chocolate brownie and velvety cheesecake in a cute portion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs (for cheesecake)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • Chopped nuts or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin well.
  2. Mix the brownie batter by combining the brownie mix, 2 eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese until fluffy, then adding in sugar, 2 eggs, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  4. Assemble the cups by spooning brownie batter halfway into each muffin cup and adding cheesecake filling on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
  6. Cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before removing, then top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and garnish with nuts or sprinkles.
