- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs (for cheesecake)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Chopped nuts or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin well.
- Mix the brownie batter by combining the brownie mix, 2 eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese until fluffy, then adding in sugar, 2 eggs, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Assemble the cups by spooning brownie batter halfway into each muffin cup and adding cheesecake filling on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before removing, then top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and garnish with nuts or sprinkles.
