Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the ground beef, cooking until golden brown and breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and soy sauce, mixing well. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender but slightly crisp.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
