- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Coat the salmon generously with the glaze.
- Add the chopped pecans on top of the glazed salmon.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and pecans.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
