Description

A delightful salmon dish glazed with a sweet and savory maple pecan sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
  4. Coat the salmon generously with the glaze.
  5. Add the chopped pecans on top of the glazed salmon.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and pecans.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve and enjoy your delicious maple pecan glazed salmon!

Notes

For an added kick, consider adding cayenne pepper or lemon juice to the glaze.
