Delicious mini berry pies with a crispy, flaky crust and a juicy berry filling, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3–4 tbsp ice water
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set it to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually stir in ice water until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough: Roll dough to about 1/8-inch thick and cut small circles for mini pie tins.
- Prepare the filling: Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until coated.
- Spoon the filling: Fill the prepared crusts with berry mixture.
- Make the crumble: Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Drizzle with melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the filling.
- Bake those mini pies: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and serve: Let cool before serving, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Chill the butter for a flaky crust. Use ice-cold water for the dough. You can use frozen berries if fresh ones aren’t available.
