Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12-15 inches long.
- Place one chicken breast in the center of each foil piece.
- Combine the sliced mushrooms, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl. Stir until well-coated.
- Spoon the mushroom mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Fold the foil tightly around the chicken and mushrooms to create sealed packets.
- Arrange the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Open the foil packets carefully, allowing the aroma to waft out. Serve hot.
