Description

A creamy, luscious no-bake cheesecake layered with banana-flavored goodness, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (5 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • Optional: additional banana slices and vanilla wafers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  3. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well-combined.
  4. Layer half of the vanilla wafers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish, followed by half of the banana slices and half of the creamy pudding mixture. Repeat the layers.
  5. Top with whipped topping and garnish with banana slices and vanilla wafers.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best flavor and allow cream cheese to soften properly before mixing.
