Description

Delightful creamy cheesecake bites with a graham cracker crust, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini muffin liners or silicone molds.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker base.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  8. Top with red, white, and blue sprinkles before serving.
