- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (12 oz) graham crackers
- Orange zest (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese: In a large mixing bowl, use your electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping: Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Prepare the pudding mix: In another bowl, whisk together the orange juice, instant vanilla pudding mix, and milk until smooth.
- Layer the graham crackers: In a 9×13 inch dish, lay down a third of the graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture: Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add the pudding mixture: Pour half of the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the process with another third of the graham crackers, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with the remaining graham crackers. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish: Before serving, sprinkle with orange zest if desired.
Notes
This dessert can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. It also freezes well for up to a month.
