Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- Beat together creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top, letting it cascade down the sides.
- Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to set.
