Description

A creamy dessert that melts in your mouth, delivering waves of luscious peanut butter flavor paired with silky cream cheese, topped with a rich drizzle of chocolate syrup.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. Beat together creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top, letting it cascade down the sides.
  6. Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to set.
