Description

A delicious no-bake pie featuring a crunchy pretzel crust and creamy peanut butter filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Chocolate shavings or drizzle for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine pretzel crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
  3. Beat together creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form; gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Whisk the pudding mix with the milk until thickened; fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the pretzel crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with chocolate if desired before serving.
