Description

Light and fluffy dinner rolls made with buttermilk, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the buttermilk and melted butter, stirring gently until combined.
  4. Transfer the dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
