- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle cheese on top (if using) and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
