Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the raisins until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
