- 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo pasta and lightly toast for about 2 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Simmer covered for about 10 minutes until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Incorporate spinach and grated Parmesan after removing from heat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
