Description

A delightful Orange Creamsicle Cake that combines the flavors of zesty orange and creamy sweetness, reminiscent of childhood treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 box orange cake mix
  • 1 package instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup cream soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the orange cake mix, instant cheesecake pudding mix, cream soda, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large bowl. Mix vigorously until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely in the baking dish.
  5. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth to create the icing.
  6. Spread the icing over the cooled cake, letting it drip slightly.
