Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just blended.
- Fill each donut mold with the batter around 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then coat in chocolate glaze or cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
