Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate glaze or cinnamon sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just blended.
  5. Fill each donut mold with the batter around 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then coat in chocolate glaze or cinnamon sugar.
