- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, spreading thinly.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm.
