Description

Delicious pancake rolls filled with cinnamon sugar that bring joy to any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
  4. Heat your skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet, spreading thinly.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and roll tightly.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm.
