Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 cup fresh corn, cooked
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (basil, mint, or cilantro)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced peaches and cooked corn in a large bowl to create a colorful base.
  2. Tear the burrata into generous pieces and add them to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the salad.
