Description

A delightful dessert that transforms traditional peach cobbler into portable cheesecake cones, combining creamy cheesecake and juicy peaches in a crunchy waffle cone.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 46 waffle cones
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream using a spatula until well mixed and fluffy.
  3. Combine the diced peaches and cinnamon in a separate bowl, tossing until coated.
  4. Scoop a layer of cheesecake mixture into the bottom of a waffle cone.
  5. Spread a spoonful of the peach mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Repeat layering the cheesecake and peach mixtures until filled, finishing with peaches on top.
  7. Drizzle with peach preserves if desired.
  8. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

Make the cheesecake filling in advance and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Assemble cones just before serving for optimal crunch.
