- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4–6 waffle cones
- 1/2 cup peach preserves (optional)
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream using a spatula until well mixed and fluffy.
- Combine the diced peaches and cinnamon in a separate bowl, tossing until coated.
- Scoop a layer of cheesecake mixture into the bottom of a waffle cone.
- Spread a spoonful of the peach mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Repeat layering the cheesecake and peach mixtures until filled, finishing with peaches on top.
- Drizzle with peach preserves if desired.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
Notes
Make the cheesecake filling in advance and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Assemble cones just before serving for optimal crunch.
