Scale
  • 2 Fresh Peaches, Sliced
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese, Crumbled
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens (such as arugula or spinach)
  • 1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts, Toasted
  • 3 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the greens, peaches, and goat cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
