Description

A light and dreamy dessert that encapsulates the essence of summer with creamy peach flavor and a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ripe peaches, pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Gelatin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by whipping the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix the pureed peaches, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in another bowl until combined.
  3. Gently fold the peach mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula.
  4. If using gelatin, bloom it according to package instructions, dissolve in warm water, and fold into the mousse.
  5. Spoon the creamy mixture into chilled serving glasses.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

This mousse keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Avoid over-whipping the cream for the best texture.
