Description

A delightful no-bake dessert composed of creamy peanut butter and whipped cream layered with graham crackers, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Shavings or Cocoa Powder (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix the peanut butter in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Incorporate half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  4. Layer the peanut butter mixture in a 9×13 inch dish.
  5. Add a layer of graham crackers on top.
  6. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish and serve with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.

Notes

Make-Ahead: The cake stays fresh for a few days in the refrigerator. Over-whipping the cream can affect the texture, so be careful.
