- 2 cups Graham Crackers
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate Shavings or Cocoa Powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whip the cream: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Mix the peanut butter in another bowl until smooth.
- Incorporate half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Layer the peanut butter mixture in a 9×13 inch dish.
- Add a layer of graham crackers on top.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and serve with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
Notes
Make-Ahead: The cake stays fresh for a few days in the refrigerator. Over-whipping the cream can affect the texture, so be careful.
