Description

Delightfully crispy peanut butter waffle sandwiches, perfect for breakfast or a snack, topped with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • Waffles (store-bought or homemade)
  • Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • Sliced Bananas or Strawberries (optional)
  • Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the waffles in a toaster or waffle maker until golden-brown and crispy.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one side of one waffle.
  3. Layer sliced bananas or strawberries on top of the peanut butter if desired.
  4. Top with another waffle to form a sandwich.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the sandwich.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap and freeze for later.

Notes

Use organic peanut butter for a richer flavor and consider baking waffles in the oven if you lack a waffle maker.
