Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 cup pimento cheese
  • 4 burger buns (brioche or potato)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: fresh lettuce, ripe tomato slices, zesty onion rings, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into patties, pressing gently with a small indention in the center.
  3. Season the patties generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, checking with a meat thermometer for doneness.
  5. Scoop pimento cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of grilling.
