- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

- 1 egg

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh pineapple chunks (for serving)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form small portions into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve warm with fresh pineapple chunks and garnish with green onions.
