Description

Delicious meatballs infused with a sweet brown sugar and pineapple sauce, perfect for appetizers at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground meat (beef, pork, or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh pineapple chunks (for serving)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form small portions into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve warm with fresh pineapple chunks and garnish with green onions.
