- 1 package of cocktail sausages (smokies)
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- Skewers (bamboo or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the brown sugar and soy sauce in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Thread a cocktail sausage and a pineapple chunk onto each skewer, alternating for color contrast.
- Brush the skewers generously with the brown sugar and soy sauce mixture.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven, cooking for about 10-15 minutes, or until caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Make-ahead tips: Assemble skewers a day in advance and store covered in the fridge. Can also be cooked in an air fryer at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
