Description

Refreshing popsicles made with fresh pineapple, coconut milk, and lime juice, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • Lime zest (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetener (if desired) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  4. Unmold the popsicles by running the molds under warm water for about 10 seconds.
