Instructions
- Blend the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetener (if desired) in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Unmold the popsicles by running the molds under warm water for about 10 seconds.
- Savor the popsicles and enjoy the tropical goodness.
