A refreshing summery drink blending sweet pineapple and zesty lime, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of fresh pineapple, chopped
- 4 cups of filtered water
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and pineapple wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the pineapple with the water in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
- Add sugar and lime juice, stir until sugar dissolves.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lime slices and pineapple wedges.
Notes
Pineapple Fresh Water can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
