Description

A refreshing summery drink blending sweet pineapple and zesty lime, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 4 cups of filtered water
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and pineapple wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the pineapple with the water in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
  3. Add sugar and lime juice, stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Serve over ice, garnished with lime slices and pineapple wedges.

Notes

Pineapple Fresh Water can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
