- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
- 1 cup pink M&Ms
- Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until moistened. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain. Add the chopped Snickers and half of the pink M&Ms.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture over your baked crust, smoothing the top evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
- Before serving, sprinkle the remaining pink M&Ms on top and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Notes
For a chocolatey twist, swap graham crackers for Oreo cookies. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling.
