- 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium flame with olive oil until it shimmers.
- Brown the ground sausage, breaking it apart, until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sauté the chopped vegetables, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Combine everything by adding the drained noodles, soy sauce, and stir until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
