Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz ground sausage
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium flame with olive oil until it shimmers.
  3. Brown the ground sausage, breaking it apart, until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sauté the chopped vegetables, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. Combine everything by adding the drained noodles, soy sauce, and stir until well mixed.
  6. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
