Description

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing it lightly.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
