- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
