Instructions

- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.

- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if needed.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side.

Notes
