Description

Fluffy pancakes that bring warmth and nostalgia to your breakfast table.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if needed.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For best results, avoid overmixing the batter and let it rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
