Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Scoop out a tablespoon of the dough and flatten it slightly in your hand.
  4. Place a chocolate or Reese’s Egg in the center of the flattened dough and mold the peanut butter mixture around it to form a ball.
  5. Arrange the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden.
  7. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, chill dough before baking and consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt or chopped nuts.
