- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate eggs or Reese’s Eggs (for filling)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of the dough and flatten it slightly in your hand.
- Place a chocolate or Reese’s Egg in the center of the flattened dough and mold the peanut butter mixture around it to form a ball.
- Arrange the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
