Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate eggs (for filling)
  • Sea salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Form tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls.
  4. Press a chocolate egg into the center of each ball.
  5. Place cookies on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
