A vibrant celebration of flavors, these salmon tacos feature flaky fish, creamy cilantro lime slaw, and zesty mango salsa wrapped in warm corn tortillas.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 8 Corn Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Sour Cream

  • 1 Jalapeño, minced
  • Salt, to taste

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky.
  4. Mix mayonnaise or sour cream with cilantro and lime to create slaw.
  5. Prepare mango salsa by combining mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
  6. Warm corn tortillas in the same skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble tacos by placing salmon in tortillas and topping with slaw and mango salsa.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Can make slaw and salsa ahead of time for flavors to meld. Try using an air fryer for a different cooking method.
