- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 4 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares, roughly 4 inches each side.
- Whisk together the eggs, crumbled sausage, shredded cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until combined and fluffy.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square, making sure not to overfill.
- Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges tightly with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
