Description

Effortless and delicious sheet pan tacos that combine seasoned meat, colorful vegetables, and your favorite toppings for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • Soft or hard taco shells
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the ground meat evenly and sprinkle the taco seasoning over it.
  3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, black beans, and corn on top of the meat.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the meat is fully cooked and the veggies are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and stir the mixture.
  6. Scoop it into taco shells.
  7. Top each taco with shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeños, and a squeeze of lime.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
