Instructions
- Combine the diced mangoes, sliced red bell pepper, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and grated ginger in a small bowl until well blended.
