Description

A refreshing salad combining sweet mango, crunchy vegetables, and zesty dressing, perfect for summer dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced mangoes, sliced red bell pepper, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and grated ginger in a small bowl until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.
  4. Taste the salad and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to meld the flavors.
