Description

A comforting and savory dip featuring ground beef, cheese, and zesty flavors, perfect for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it apart as you go. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and green bell pepper in the skillet until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Melt the cheddar cheese into the mixture off the heat, stirring until creamy.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the dip a day in advance and reheat before serving. Customize spice levels as desired.
